Chipboard Book of Father In Law's Visit in April

I usually make cards and other paper crafts but have always hesitated making books.  So here is my first attempt! There is a couple of spots that still need to add some items but overall it is complete.

Women's Retreat 2012 - Pleasing God

Also in April, went to the Women's Retreat with my church.  Was so blessed to be put in charge of making the treat for the ladies. On the last night, we put these on their beds!

 Sugar Cookie cross with the verse of the retreat "That you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing [Him], being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge knowledge of God." Colossians 1:10

Scrapbook Convention 2012

On April 14, 2012, attended the Creating Keepsakes Scrapbook Convention with a great friend!  We had such fun, we attended 3 classes and a card swap!

 Here is the card I made for swap......There were 22 participants!!

Lost Dutchman's Day Parade

On Saturday, February 25, 2012, my church was in the Lost Dutchman's Parade.  I had the honor of making the signs for the float.  This parade is always fun to do..this was our 5th year being in the parade.  Such a great a way to display the Lord's word!
